The MAH extends an invitation to take a voyage back through time, punctuated by the important stages in the history of Western civilization. Inaugurated in 1910, it is one of the three largest museums in Switzerland and the only one with such a collection of Archaeology, Fine Arts, Works on paper and Applied Arts. Two other venues are part of the MAH : the Maison Tavel and the Musée Rath.
